Moritz Blöchlinger studierte Rechtswissenschaften an den Universitäten Zürich und Luzern. Er arbeitete bei Prof. Dr. Klaus Mathis am Lehrstuhl für Öffentliches Recht, Recht der nachhaltigen Wirtschaft und Rechtsphilosophie an der Universität Luzern. Herr Blöchlinger promovierte mit einer rechtstheoretischen Forschungsarbeit, die sich mit der Legitimität normativer Ordnungen befasst.
