Between religion and philosophy in the opinion of Ibn Rushd and the philosophers of the Middle Ages

If the subject of this research is reconciliation between religion and philosophy, and in this regard there were efforts by those who preceded Ibn Rushd among the Muslim philosophers in the East and West, then we must recognize these efforts in order to know the philosophical basis from which our philosopher benefited and his work praised him.
Ibn Rushd's predecessors in the East and West felt the need to reconcile reason and revelation, or between philosophy and religion, and how this need intensified until it became a matter of life and death for philosophers after Al-Ghazali's campaign, which had a great and disastrous impact, and how each of these and those thinkers took the path. To that goal, which is everyone's goal; In order for philosophy and religion to be fraternal, philosophers can work in peace and security, and their philosophical efforts can be benefited from in order to reveal the truth that both religion and philosophy express in a special way.
