Odey Hardan studierte bis 2018 Rechtswissenschaften in Bielefeld. Von 2018 bis 2023 war er als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an den Lehrstühlen für Europarecht und Völkerrecht von Prof. Dr. Franz C. Mayer, LL.M. (Yale) und Prof. Dr. Mattias Wendel, Maître en droit (Paris 1), an der Universität Bielefeld tätig, wo er 2023 promoviert wurde. Von 2020 bis 2022 war er Rechtsreferendar im Bezirk des Oberlandesgerichts Hamm. Seit 2023 ist er als Rechtsanwalt in einer internationalen Kanzlei tätig.
