He is part of the Center for Governance Resilience and Accountability Studies, Faculty of Economic and Management, UKM. He completed his doctoral degree at the University of Birmingham, UK. He has published numerous articles in reputable journals, proceedings, book chapters, and technical reports. His field of expertise is on tax and fiscal policy.
Reza Havies is a Country Manager & Chief Representative of CPA Australia in Indonesia. He is currently responsible for the management of the CPA Australia Representative in Jakarta, comprising of staff in business development, member services and administration. The role will also undertake responsibilities as may be permitted pursuant to Representative Office license including the development of relationships with Government, Professional Bodies, and Business. He previously served as the Country Manager of Victoria University in Indonesia.
