Matthias Miller studierte von 2009 bis 2015 Jura in Freiburg, Kalkutta und München. Sein Studium schloss er mit dem Ersten Juristischen Staatsexamen in München ab. Er war Stipendiat der Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, des Max Weber-Programms und der DAAD/Promos-Auslandsförderung. Nach seiner Referendarzeit mit Stationen in Frankfurt a.M. und Stuttgart folgte 2018 das Zweite Juristische Staatsexamen in Stuttgart. Seit 2018 ist er Notarassessor der Notarkammer Baden-Württemberg, war dabei abgeordnet als Referent an das Deutsche Notarinstitut in Würzburg und ist derzeit tätig in Stuttgart. Zudem ist er seit 2021 Mitglied des Landtags von Baden-Württemberg.
